Terms of Service

The Service

The Service lets groups plan trips together, track to-dos and split bills, and lets AI assistants you authorize (Claude, ChatGPT) read and edit your trips. The Service is currently free.

Your account

You sign in with a Google account. Keep your Google account secure; actions taken through your account, including by AI assistants you authorize, are treated as your own.

Your content

Content you create remains yours. You allow us to store, process and show it to members of the same trip in order to provide the Service. Do not upload content you have no right to share, or personal data that others don't want shared.

Collaboration and invite links

A trip's host can create invite links. Anyone with a link can join the trip, claim a member place, and view or edit the trip according to their role. Share invite links only with fellow travelers you trust. The host can manage members and delete the trip.

Bill splits and costs

Split amounts, currency conversions and cost totals are for reference only; actual payments are whatever you agree among yourselves. Exchange rates come from a third party and may be delayed or inaccurate.

Third-party services and AI assistants

The Service uses third-party services such as Google Maps and OpenFreeMap, whose content and availability are their providers' responsibility. Trip suggestions produced by an AI assistant may be wrong, so please verify them before you travel. Your use of the AI assistant itself is governed by its provider's terms (Anthropic, OpenAI).

Prohibited conduct

• Accessing trips or data that are not yours, or trying to bypass access controls.
• Disrupting or attacking the Service, or automated bulk access that affects other users.
• Using the Service for illegal activity or uploading content that infringes others' rights.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”, without any guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from using or being unable to use the Service, including lost data, scheduling mistakes or bill-split disputes. Please keep your own copy of important trip and booking information.

Changes to or termination of the Service

We may change, suspend or discontinue all or part of the Service. If we shut it down, we'll give as much notice as we can and a way to retrieve your data. You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account as described in the Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). The Taiwan Taipei District Court has jurisdiction as the court of first instance over any dispute arising from these terms.

Changes to these terms and contact
